Why do you cosplay? Why do people cosplay? For those who are not into cosplay this is perhaps the first question that will come to their mind. What do you get from being in costume all day, roaming around and even paying for the event that you will cosplay in?
Why do you cosplay?
There are many reasons why people cosplay. For many of us we consider cosplaying as a hobby and an art. In a sense, it is a way to live out the life of your favorite character and share it with other people. For other cosplayers, this is their stress reliever and a life away from the usual problems and hangups.During AsiaPOP Comicon Manila 2018, we interviewed some cosplayers and ask them the same question. Here are their answers.
