June 24, 2026 - SEGA is excited to announce that the digital version of Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition, based on the 2022 smash hit that has sold over 4.5 million copies worldwide (*1), is now available on Nintendo Switch™ 2. The physical edition will launch on September 17, 2026.
Optimized for Nintendo Switch™ 2, the frame rate and graphics have reached the next level. Pick up the game to enjoy all three major free updates, free DLC previously released for other platforms, and the Digital Deluxe bonuses right out of the gate.
