ANIME PREVIEW: Winter Sonata, The Animation

Do you remember the epic Endless Love: Winter Sonata story?  Yes, that Korean series where everyone had been captivated.  The good news is that there is now an anime adaptation of Winter Sonata.  This is the first anime adaptation of a hit Korean live-action drama.

Winter Sonata anime will be composed of 20 episodes with each episode being 30 minutes long.  Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo, the original leads of Winter Sonata will be doing the voice dubs for this anime. 

The ending of Winter Sonata anime will also feature a brand new live-action epilogie which was not aired in the original drama series, featuring Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo.  The anime also involves Korean production studio Key East, an studio partly owned by Bae Yong Joon.
Winter sonata anime features the likeness of Korean stars in the characters' design.
The anime was first aired over Animax and premiered Septermber 20 with 2 episodes back to back.

Looking at both the opening and ending songs of Winter Sonata anime makes you feel the emotions of the original koren Winter Sonata all over again.  You have seen the Winter Sonata opening and ending now here is a prelude.
