"All Out!!" Anime Adaptation Revealed


After boxing, tennis, basketball, baseball, volleyball, cycling and stride, another anime is set to release this 2016 - and its all about Rugby. Sports manga All Out!! will be another sports anime to watch.



The official website of the television anime adaptation All Out!! rugby manga revealed the anime's main staff and visuals. The anime adaptation will be directed by Kenichi Shimizu ( known for his work at Parasyte) at TMS Entertainment and Madhouse. With Masahiro Yokotani  (in charge of series composition) Shingo Irie (for the script) and Masanori Shino for the character design.

The website revealed the casts and characters:

(From left to right)  Gion Kenji (CV: Chiba Shoya), Iwashimizu Sumiaki (CV: Adachi Yuto), Sekizan Takuya (CV: Hosoya Yoshimasa) and Hachioji Mutsumi (CV: Ohsaka Ryota)

The manga's story centers around Kenji Gion, a short first-year high school student. On his first day at Kanagawa Prefectural High School, he meets the tall Sumiaki Iwashimizu during a game of rugby. Kenji Gion strikes a friendship with Sumiaki, and soon joins the rugby club. The manga portrays the struggles of the mismatched pair.
